1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

WILDRING LTD ("we," "us," or "our") provides a platform where users can design custom jewellery and place orders for 3D printed pieces. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Site and our services. By using our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use certain features of the Site, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information.
• Keeping your account details and password secure.
• All activities under your account.

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes or to infringe on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms or misuses our services.

3. Product Information, Customisation, and Order Process

Our products are custom-made based on your design submissions. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You have reviewed and approved your design before submission.
• You understand that slight variations may occur in the final product due to the nature of 3D printing and materials used.

Once an order is placed, we will send a confirmation email. Production starts after confirmation, and due to the customised nature of our products, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production begins.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before production if, in our reasonable opinion, the design is not technically feasible, breaches intellectual property laws, or violates these Terms. In such cases, any payment made will be refunded in full.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Billing Terms

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on the Site. We reserve the right to change prices and payment terms at any time; however, confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent changes.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies on the Site at any time, even after an order has been placed.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Returns/Refunds Policy

We ship to addresses within the UK and internationally as specified on the Site. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, images, logos, software, 3D model templates, and design tools, is the property of WILDRING LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright, design right, and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

When you submit a design or customisation through the Site, you assign to WILDRING LTD all present and future intellectual property rights, design rights, and copyright in the resulting 3D model, product, and any derivative materials created from it. This assignment takes effect automatically upon submission of your design and is worldwide, irrevocable, and includes the right for WILDRING LTD to reproduce, adapt, modify, distribute, and publicly display the design in any form or medium for manufacturing, marketing, and promotional purposes.

You retain a personal, non-commercial licence to use and share images of your design (for example, on social media or for personal display) but may not reproduce, manufacture, sell, or commercially exploit the design or related works without our prior written consent.

You waive any moral rights in the design to the fullest extent permitted by law, allowing WILDRING LTD to make reasonable adaptations, edits, or reproductions without the need to identify you as the author.

You confirm that all designs, materials, or information you submit are your own and do not infringe any third-party intellectual property, design, or moral rights. You agree to indemnify WILDRING LTD against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from an infringement caused by your submissions.

We operate a notice-and-takedown procedure for alleged infringement. If you believe your rights have been violated, please contact us immediately at info@wildring.studio.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our Site and services but provide them "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Our liability for any claims arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Force Majeure

WILDRING LTD shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, war, terrorism, government actions, supply chain disruptions, or network and communication failures. In such cases, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We will always seek to resolve disputes amicably before resorting to court proceedings.
